Once Dr. Kate has reviewed your application, our team will reach out via email with pricing information for additional lab testing and your link to confirm and purchase the case review.

Step 2: Purchase your case review.
Once your application is processed, our team will email you with the link to confirm and purchase your case review.
Step 3: Submit your health information.
Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a secure link to login to Dr. Kate's virtual portal - this is where you will submit a detailed description of your symptoms, health history, and any lab testing from the last 18 months.
Dr. Kate will also send you purchasing instructions for any additional Functional lab testing that you have requested.
Step 4: What's Next?
Once Dr. Kate has received all of your health information, including results from any additional Functional Labs that you ordered, she will complete the case review.
Your customized written report will include a summary of your reported history, lab findings, and her recommendations for lifestyle changes, nutrition, & nutraceuticals.
Dr. Kate will complete your review within 3 weeks of the receipt of all your health information including additional requested lab results.
