Can I ask Dr. Kate questions about my results?
Yes. Once you receive your report, you’ll have 48 hours to message Dr. Kate with your questions through our secure client portal. The Cortisol Confidence Fast Track also includes the Ultimate Cortisol FAQ’s, which covers 40+ of the most common questions Dr. Kate’s clients ask about their cortisol results, with her in-depth answer to each one.

Are shipping fees included, and can you ship to my country?
If you're in the US or Canada, all shipping fees are included.
If you're outside the US or Canada, we can ship to you as long as your location has reliable shipping to and from the United States. The fee to ship the kit TO you is included. The fee to return your sample to the lab is NOT included. We suggest international expedited shipping through UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

How long will it take to get my results?
Once your sample reaches the lab, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive your results. From there, we’ll get your report to you within 14 business days.
What is the refund policy?
An 85% refund is available if you decide not to complete the DUTCH Adrenal test within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer a refund once your test kit has been submitted to the lab.
Does Dr. Kate accept insurance?
No. Dr. Kate doesn’t work with insurance, and insurance won’t reimburse you for lab testing.
The good news is that many clients are able to use their HSA funds to pay for our services, as well as supplements through Dr. Kate’s discount Fullscript dispensary. Every plan is a little different, so it’s worth checking with your HSA provider first. Dr. Kate also can’t provide a letter of medical necessity if your plan asks for one.
