The only difference is how many labs you choose.
Both packages include:
- Your choice of Functional Labs: DUTCH Complete Hormone Test, GI-MAP Gut Test, Comprehensive Thyroid & Micronutrient Bloodwork, Mold Toxicity Test, or 3X4 Complete Genetics Test.
- Comprehensive intake form including personal health history, current complaints, family health history, & systems review
- Submit relevant previous lab testing (within the last 18 months) for Dr. Kate's analysis
- In-Depth Personalized Functional Medicine Report including analysis of testing as well as specific
lifestyle, nutrition, and nutraceutical suggestions - Pre-recorded Video Summary in which Dr. Kate explains your test results and her findings in detail
- 2 weeks to ask Dr. Kate clarifying questions via our secure portal following receipt of the report

Both the Signature and VIP Lab Package include a 2-week window following the receipt of your video and report to ask clarifying questions via our secure portal.

CAN I WORK WITH DR. KATE IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
Absolutely! Dr. Kate helps people all over the world access Functional Lab testing, particularly the DUTCH and GI-MAP tests.
Because testing costs vary depending on your location, the fees listed above may not be accurate. And Dr. Kate is not able to order blood labs for clients outside the US.
International clients may have to seek alternate sourcing for Dr. Kate's recommended supplements and nutraceuticals.

What are Dr. Kate's qualifications?
Dr. Kate has been practicing Integrative and Functional Medicine for over a decade. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from National University of Health Sciences, where she graduated Valedictorian, and has additional training through the Institute of Functional Medicine. She does not diagnose or treat diseases or medical conditions. Her role is to help you understand your results and what to do next. Learn more about Dr. Kate here.
Does Dr. Kate accept insurance?
No. Dr. Kate doesn’t work with insurance, and insurance won’t reimburse you for lab testing.
The good news is that many clients are able to use their HSA funds to pay for our services, as well as supplements through Dr. Kate’s discount Fullscript dispensary. Every plan is a little different, so it’s worth checking with your HSA provider first. Dr. Kate also can’t provide a letter of medical necessity if your plan asks for one.
