What if I have a different lab I want reviewed?
Dr. Kate has experience analyzing many different Functional Labs! If you have results from a test that's not on the list, please email us at info@drkateLD.com before you order.
What if I have more than 1 lab for Dr. Kate to review?
Each Second Opinion covers one functional lab report, so you'd order one review per lab.
Have several labs, or extensive blood testing you'd like looked at together? Custom packages are available. Email us at info@drkateLD.com and we'll help you find the best option for your situation.
Can I work with Dr. Kate if I live outside of the United States?
Absolutely! Dr. Kate helps people all over the world analyze Functional Lab testing, particularly the DUTCH and GI-MAP tests.
International clients may have to seek alternate sourcing for Dr. Kate's recommended supplements and nutraceuticals.
What if I haven't done any testing yet?
The Second Opinion is for results you already have. If you're looking for new testing, take a look at the Decode My Labs Packages, which include your choice of functional labs along with Dr. Kate's analysis.
How long will it take to receive my report?
You’ll receive your report 14 business days after you complete your intake form and upload your testing.
Does Dr. Kate accept insurance?
No. Dr. Kate doesn’t work with insurance, and insurance won’t reimburse you for lab testing.
The good news is that many clients are able to use their HSA funds to pay for our services, as well as supplements through Dr. Kate’s discount Fullscript dispensary. Every plan is a little different, so it’s worth checking with your HSA provider first. Dr. Kate also can’t provide a letter of medical necessity if your plan asks for one.
